Shipping Policy

VarieShop ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing reliable and transparent shipping services to our customers within the United States. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing All orders are processed during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders are subject to verification and payment confirmation prior to fulfillment. We reserve the right to cancel or delay any order that cannot be verified.

2. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time unless otherwise stated at checkout.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers We partner with major carriers, including but not limited to UPS, FedEx, and USPS, to fulfill shipments. The available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout. Carrier selection is at our sole discretion based on order size, weight, and destination.

4. Shipping Charges Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order and will be displayed at checkout prior to payment. We reserve the right to modify shipping rates at any time without prior notice.

5. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via the email address associated with your account. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

6. Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to retrieve the package from a carrier facility, the customer will be responsible for any additional re-shipping fees. We are not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information submitted at checkout.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact our customer support team within 7 calendar days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with applicable carrier policies.

8. Force Majeure We shall not be held liable for any shipping delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, labor disputes, carrier disruptions, or government actions.

9. Policy Updates We reserve the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
